Who we are

Blooming Buds  House of Montessori commenced its journey of nurturing young toddlers in the year 2007. With a single child on the first day to over 30 young ones now, Blooming Buds has come a long way! Our Montessori House strives hard to provide the young ones the platform to learn through the best of Montessori methods. Blooming Buds has scientifically prepared tools and materials which help children to observe, compare and come to tentative conclusions and also verify them. This forms the basis for the children to carry out activities scientifically.

What we do

In Blooming Buds we are always up-to-date and dynamic because observation and the meeting of needs are continual and specific for each child. When physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional needs are met children glow with excitement and a drive to play and work with enthusiasm, to learn, and to create. They exhibit a desire to teach, help, and care for others and for their environment.

The high level of academic achievement so common in Montessori schools is a natural outcome of experience in such a supportive environment and this exactly what we provide. The Montessori Method of education is a model which serves the needs of children of all levels of mental and physical ability as they live and learn in a natural, mixed-age group which is very much like the practical life in the society they will live in as adults. We in Blooming Buds orient our teachings towards achieving this objective.

The purpose and aim of Practical Life is to help the child gain control in the coordination of his movement, and help the child to gain independence and adapt to his society. It is therefore important to “Teach teaching, not correcting” (Montessori) in order to allow the child to be a fully functional member in his own society. Practical Life Exercises also aid the growth and development of the child’s intellect and concentration and will in turn also help the child develop an orderly way of thinking and we at Blooming Buds ensure that the child grows up in an orderly manner.

Keeping these things in mind we offer various activities to the children, which make them, overcome their shyness and fear and help them become confident. The child performs activities with great involvement and they choose materials which attracts them.

The child has freedom of movement and thus exploring himself to various activities. He learns by doing, observing quietly, and handles all materials with care and starts doing his activity with dedication and interest. He has an opportunity to self-correct his actions thus completes his activities with fulfillment and a smile on his face.

The unique scientific materials help the child’s overall growth and have a great significance in early childhood learning.

The child develops his best in a non – competitive environment. We encourage children to achieve through in-depth involvement in activities.
